1. Cancellation of agreed joining instructions by a customer 15 days of more prior to the commencement date of the course will incur an administration charge of 25% of the total course fee excluding VAT.
2. Cancellation within 15 days by a customer prior to the course commencement date will result in the whole course fee being forfeited.
3. Payment of all course fees must be made 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
4. Failure to pay course fees 7 days before commencement of the course will result in the cancellation of the course and 25% of the course fee total being charged to cover administration charges.

6. If PLACe People Ltd need to cancel or re-arrange a course for any reason, we will endeavour to notify the customer in good time, and return all payments promptly.
7. All delegates attending a PLACe People Ltd Course are obliged to observe notices and instructions laid down by the host venue or PLACe People Ltd. or its agents. Failure to do so may result in omission from the remainder of the course without recourse to refund.
8. All delegates must comply with Health and Safety Policy at the host venue.
9. PLACe People Ltd does not accept any responsibility for personal belongings or vehicles left on host venue premises. |
